Neighbors in the San Elijo Hills neighborhood say a number of homes were hit, and the destruction was all caught on camera. Ring surveillance footage captured the vandals knocking about and ripping out Christmas decorations outdoors of various houses.

Lopez suggests his household was hit two nights back. His Ring digicam caught the vandals in the act.
